Welcome to Cut It Up Challenge 301!
This is a 3-2-1 challenge, meaning use 3 gems, 2 die cuts and 1sentiment.
Considering how easy those parameters are, I had a hard time with this. I used a piece of patterned paper for the background and added a die cut scalloped rectangle around that piece before adhering it to light blue cardstock. The sentiment was hot foiled and die cut (that's die cut number 2) and placed at the bottom with some blue metallic thread. I added three gold gems around the sentiment.
