I saw an idea like this on Pinterest and wanted to try it myself.
The inked panel was masked on a die cut rectangle white cardstock piece and I used several Distress Oxide inks to create a sort of rainbow from the bottom up. The masking paper was removed and I heat embossed a silhouette image and sentiment in black. I added some twine around the bottom and tied a bow on the left side. That entire piece was adhered to a black border with craft foam and then to a white card base. No embellishments were added - the card was busy enough!
