Welcome to Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge 612!
It's an either/or challenge this week - use the inspiration photo, the sketch or both.
I chose to use the sketch.
The background was embossed with a 3D embossing folder and adhered to silver foil and then a dark blue card base. The circles and the sentiment were hot foiled in silver and I created some blue and turquoise backgrounds using magical powders. Those pieces were adhered behind the circles and I arranged them in a cluster. A butterfly was die cut from vellum and blue cardstock and placed on top of the circles. Turquoise gems were added to the body of the butterfly and I added some silver gems around the card.
