A friend of mine has a website where she sells a wide variety of SVG designs. This is one of them.
I used the layering stencils to create the background of each section. I also added some clear glitter paste over some sections. The rainbow sentiment was die cut from a rainbow inked panel and added to the centre. I chose a bunch of coordinating enamel gems and placed them around the card.
