This card turned out better than I anticipated...
The black background was created using the Better Press system which creates a letterpress imprint in the paper. I die cut three sets of coneflowers and inked two of them in pink and one in purple. They were assembled and I added them in the centre of the card as there was a die cut opening there for a sentiment. Three embossed birthday sentiments were placed across the flowers. This card was inspired by one made by Jennifer McGuire.
