Woodgrain and Butterfly Card

I saw a card like this on Pinterest and loved the idea of rounding the corners of the squares.

I chose three shades of green cardstock and rounded the corners on opposite sides. They were adhered to a woodgrain paper. The leaf was die cut and I added some ink on top to bring out the embossed lines. The butterfly pieces were die cut from gold foil and from an extra piece of an alcohol inked background. The leaf stem and the butterfly were adhered on top of the squares. The sentiment was stamped at the bottom and I used craft foam to adhere the woodgrain paper to the card base.

Enjoy,

Alyson
