This is a technique that I copied from a Jennifer McGuire video. I was lucky enough to find the frame dies at a local scrapbook store a while ago.
I made all of these as floral cards with various sentiments. The concept is the same - the vellum was embossed and attached to the front frame. I die cut various images and inked most of them. The turquoise one was die cut using coloured cardstock. The sentiments were all hot foiled and I added various embellishments (metallic thread, gems or flat dots, Liquid Pearls) to each card.
