Sparkly Offset Flowers

I saw a card like this on the Newton's Nook blog and loved the idea.

The background was inked with Distress Oxide inks and then brushed with a clear glitter gel and set aside to dry. I die cut several flowers from a white card front and then stamped a sentiment in black. The individual flowers were shaped and then brushed with clear Stickles so they would hold their shape. Once the background was dry, the die cut front was adhered on top and I scattered the flowers around the die cut openings. A clear gem was placed in the centres of the flowers to finish off the card.

Enjoy,

Alyson
