Welcome to Happy Little Stampers - Birthday Challenge!
This is always an anything goes challenge, as long as the theme is birthday.
I have a bunch of hot foiled backgrounds that I need to turn into cards and this was one of them. The flowers were foiled in a turquoise colour on white cardstock. I coloured them with four shades of blue, a jade green for the leaves and then I coloured the open sections with a medium grey colour. That piece was trimmed to fit on two grey mats and finally a teal glitter base. The sentiment was embossed in white on dark grey cardstock and then die cut with a hexagon die, along with a glitter mat. I brushed the largest flower centres with a clear shimmer brush and added a few iridescent gems around the sentiment.

I love the beautiful colors in your card. I have not gone down the foil route but it is a beautiful addition to a card. Lovely card.
