This is my third week as the "Guest Chick" at Krafty Chicks Challenge. The theme this week is CAS - clean and simple.
I have a lot of alcohol ink backgrounds to use up - and this was a good opportunity to do just that. This alcohol ink background was created using various shades of teal and turquoise ink and adhered to the card front. The stitched panel was die cut and the sentiment was stamped in the lower right corner. I die cut a circle from the card front and also die cut a white leaf design. The leaves were adhered on the left side, overlapping both the open circle and the left edge. I aded craft foam to the back of the stitched piece and foam tape to the leaves that sit inside the circle. No extra embellishments were added.
Come and join us at Krafty Chicks and show us your clean and simple (CAS) projects.
You have until Wed at 2pm ET to link up your project.
We can’t wait to see what you create!
Enjoy,
Alyson

Beautiful CAS card, the alcohol ink showing through is a perfect contrast to the white leaves. You're one awesome guest chick!
This is another alcohol ink beauty, Alyson! I love the elegant look! Very nice! Have a wonderful weekend, my friend! Hoping to have some time tomorrow to write to you!
I love playing with alcohol ink and creating unique backgrounds. You chose great colours! It’s perfect against the stark white card stock. Love having you in the Hen House.
