Welcome to Try Stampin' on Tuesday Challenge 590!
The optional theme (in addition to the sketch) is to add some shine.
I started with a background that was hot foiled in purple on a piece of light purple glitter paper. One of the long rectangles was embossed and lightly inked. The flowers were die cut in white and I inked them before adding them to the centre of the circle. A sentiment was tucked under the inside piece of the circle and a few black gems were added around the card.
