Welcome to Colour Dare Challenge 591!
Choose ONE colour to use with only black and white. I chose yellow.
The honeycomb background was lightly stencilled and then die cut with an oval die. A black mat was adhered to a card base and I die cut a larger oval from the white card front. The bees were stamped, coloured and die cut and I added a large stacked sentiment across the oval along with a smaller stamped word to form the Hello Honey sentiment. I brushed the wings of the bees with a clear shimmer brush.
Come and join us at Colour Dare and show us how you interpret this week's challenge.
You have two weeks to link up your project.
We can't wait to see what you create!
Enjoy,
Alyson

Love this card, Alyson! I am a fan of using hexagons - my mathematical mind conjures up all the wonderful possibilities. The bees are so cute and, of course, yellow is the perfect accompaniment color.
Fun card, like the bee theme and yellow honey cone background and sentiment.
What a great card! I love the pairing of yellow with your bee theme. Love it!
Great CAS card Alyson, love the little Bees.

You can never go wrong with yellow & bees!
Sweet card (sweet as honey?! lol). Love this design. The bees are really lovely & perfect against the stenciled design.
Love this your card! That oval is so cool with the honeycomb inlay. Stunning!
So bright and cheerful! xoxo
