I posted a different birthday card in this same style a while ago. This is the one that I taught in my Facebook group - same design, just a completely different look!
The blooms are from two sets of Spellbinders dies and the paper is from a paper pad from scrapbook . com. It took a long time to die cut and assemble the blooms but the end result is worth it. I love how this turned out! There is a panel on the back to write a message.
