I have had this stencil and die set since last fall - just haven't had time to play with it!
The sentiment was stencilled in shades of blue and for the last layer, I used silver glitter gel. Once that was dry, I die cut that piece along with some small diamonds and the sentiment banner. All of it was adhered to a stitched rectangle, then a blue mat and finally to a white card base. A few iridescent gems were added and I brushed the small diamonds with a clear shimmer brush.
