Angled Top Fold Card - Ah, Autumn

This card has an angled top and the space to write a message is inside. Both flaps open to reveal the center section. Thanks to Lynn Dunn for the idea!

I used some autumn themed papers and pumpkins to create my two cards. The pumpkins were stamped, coloured and fussy cut along with a sentiment for the front of the card. The inside flap has a "thankful" image that was stamped and coloured. When I coloured the letters, I used light markers at the top and darker markers at the bottom to create an ombre effect. The inside has more pumpkins (they were masked)  and a border piece at the bottom. A few gold Stickles finished off the card.

The scraps that were left over were used to create a second card. The printed pieces lined up to create a center panel. I stamped a beautiful sentiment in both Blue Belle and Paprika ink and added a pumpkin at the bottom. It's a great way to use up the scraps from the folded card.
