This was such a fun card to make - and very easy as well!
I used a snowflake stencil and inks in turquoise and purple. The section where they meets creates a sort of blue shade. With the stencil still in place, I covered it with a clear glitter gel and then lifted the stencil off the paper. Once the snowflake was dry, I die cut the "noel" sentiment from teal cardstock and white glitter foam and added that the the lower corner.The snowflake was adhered to a teal card base and I added some turquoise Liquid Pearls around the image.
