This card is called a Double Display Z-Fold Pop-Up Block Card - now that is a mouthful!
The card is actually not difficult to create - there are just several mat and patterned paper layers involved. I wanted the patterned papers to take centre stage so I chose to add a simple sentiment on the front and nothing else. The large sentiment was die cut using white pearl paper so it shines in real life. The smaller sentiment was stamped and fussy cut. The back of this card is also finished with some writing panels.
