Welcome to Colour Dare Challenge 487!
This week, it's greens with metallics. Please see the graphic for detailed information.
I started by inking an ombre background using Distress Oxide inks. I die cut a stitched leaf background in white and also cut out a circle from the top section. The inked panel was placed behind the opening and I added a gold die cut branch while pulling out the leaves that overlapped the circle. A black scalloped circle was also added around the circle opening. The sentiment was foiled with gold and adhered with thin foam tape. The front panel was adhered to black cardstock and then to a white card base with craft foam. I added a few gold and green sequins around the card.
Come and join us at Colour Dare and show us how you use greens and metallics on your project.

Beautiful! I love the ombre green framed with the black. That pierced background is so pretty and pairs with the gold leaves.
Fabulous, Alyson! I love the green ombré as a background for the gold leaves. What a great idea to emboss the white space with a piercing panel.
This is beautiful Alyson. X
