Meerkat Slimline Card

 I love meerkats - they are always my favourite stop at the zoo. They are so active and interesting to watch. 

This is a slimline birthday card created with an adorable stamp set with meerkats. The white outline was stencilled with a pair of layering stencils in shades of green. The circles were die cut from a slimline die with circles within it but I also die cut that image a second time in green so the inside of the circles would be green. Thin circles were cut from gold glitter paper to outline each of the circles on the background. 

The images were stamped and I lightly stencilled clouds behind each set of critters. The images were coloured and those pieces were adhered to the back of the circular openings. The front panel was adhered to gold glitter paper and finally to green cardstock. The sentiment was stamped, die cut and adhered between two of the circles. The inside of the card was finished as well.
