Vellum Leaves with Distress Oxides

I had some vellum leaf die cuts in my "to work with" folder and decided to use those for a clean and simple card. This came together really quickly.

I used three Distress Oxide inks to blend a green background. The sentiment was stamped in black and I added the vellum leaves along the left side. I tied a small bow from black twine and placed it at the top of the leaves. The inked piece was mounted on craft foam, black cardstock and finally on a white base. The last step was to add some white Liquid Pearls around the leaves.

Products used are Close To My Heart unless otherwise indicated:

Paper: Black Cardstock, Neenah Solar White Cardstock, Vellum

Inks: Archival Black, Distress Oxide Inks: Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Pine Needles

Stamps: Greetings Mix 2 (SSS)

Accessories: Leaf Stem Die (Melissa Frances), Black Twine (misc.), White Liquid Pearls, Craft Foam

Enjoy,

Alyson
