DT 109 - Rainbow Gnomes

Welcome to Double Trouble Challenge 109!

This week, the challenge is all about rainbows and make-believe items. The small graphic is below. Please visit the Double Trouble Challenge Blog for detailed information.

I chose to combine gnomes and a rainbow - who says gnomes can't be found with rainbows, right?

I stencilled the rainbow first and then stencilled the background with a cloud stencil. The gnomes and the clouds were stamped, coloured and die cut and added to the card front. A sentiment was stamped at the top and the card front was adhered to a base with craft foam.

Come and join us at Double Trouble and show us how you interpret this challenge.

You have two weeks to link up your project.

I am also linking up my card with the Colourful Options Challenge

We can’t wait to see what you create!

Enjoy,

Alyson

  3. Alyson, I think gnomes playing amongst the clouds and rainbow is a perfect pairing... after all, the whole point of gnomes is that they appear in the most unlikely places! Great cloud background to "ground" your scene, too! -Donna
