The flowers and leaves on these two cards are from a roll of washi tape that was adhered to white cardstock and die cut - I just love the gold touches!
The background diamond for each card was hot foiled in gold and die cut only around the outside to leave an open section inside the diamond. I embossed a piece of cardstock (a different folder for each card) and placed it behind the diamond background which was adhered with foam tape. The sentiment on the first card was hot foiled and placed at the top. On both cards, Gold Liquid Pearls were added around the images.
The second card has a die cut sentiment that spans across the open diamond and there is also a small sentiment at the bottom.

What a clever idea to use washi tape for cut out details Alyson. I will have to take a closer look at the modern tapes! I love the diamond frame with the embossed centre and the touches of elegant gold. Two stunning cards! Vicky x
