IRIS Shaker Cards

IRIS folding has been a long time favourite technique - I love the way the folds look when they are finished.

I recently pulled out some old patterned origami paper that has a holographic element to it and used that to create some IRIS folds. I used the Close To My Heart shaker thin cuts (circle, star and heart) for the size and shape of the designs.

The holographic paper really makes a difference! I added various sequins in coordinating colours to each shaker and then added sentiments and other little details to each card.
