CD 481 - Shades of Yellow

Welcome to Colour Dare Challenge 481!

This week, it's all about yellow (plus white, black and gold if desired).

I created a yellow diamond background using various shades of yellow. The photo doesn't show the lighter shade differences but there are five shades represented.

Once the background was finished, I stamped a vine image in black and added a die cut sentiment. The yellow background was adhered to a black mat and then a white card card. A few black liquid pearls were added around the vine and the sentiment.

Come and join us at Colour Dare and show us how you interpret the challenge shown above.

You have two weeks to link up your project.

We can’t wait to see what you create!

Products used are as follows:

Paper: White Daisy Cardstock, Black Cardstock (CTMH)

Stamps: Wild Blossoms, Friendly Silhouettes (GKD), Nested Diamonds (PFS)

Inks: Lemon, Lemonade, Canary, Saffron, Sundance, Versamark (CTMH), Black (GKD)

Accessories: White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Onyx Liquid Pearls (CTMH), Master Layouts 9 Dies, Sentiment Strips Dies (GKD)

Enjoy,

Alyson

  7. Great friendship card, Alyson! The diamond shapes add such a crisp vibe and then you softened it with that pretty vine image.
