Welcome to the February Technique Blog Hop.
The title of this month's bog hop is "Colour Your World" - the technique is colouring.
You should have arrived here from Melissa Robinson’s blog.
Colouring is not a strength of mine but I do the best I can... and I enjoy it.
I chose to use the Shared Happiness stamp set but in a different way than the stamp is intended. There is a centre section designed to place a sentiment but I used the floral part and stamped around the border of my card instead. The images were coloured using the Tri-Blend markers. Some Stickles were added to the centres of the pink flowers and I coloured some Clear Sparkles to place in the centre of the purple flowers. I cut to rectangles using the Stitched Rectangle Thin Cuts and created a small shaker that also contains the sentiment.
I hope you enjoyed my project.
The next blog on this hop is Michelle Loncar’s blog.
I am sure she has something wonderful to share with you.

Love the idea of stamping the flowers around the edge I will have to case this idea for later. And love the colour choices too.
Such a beautiful and colorful card! Love the shaker part!
What a clever shaker card! I love how you stamped around the edge. Great coloring also!

What a clever way to use those stamps!!! And I had to chuckle at your not considering coloring a strength but you do your best and enjoy it! YES! I feel exactly the same way, XOXO
