Atlantic Hearts 218 - Bold and Bright Get Well Wishes

This week's sketch at Atlantic Hearts is a pretty simple one - 3 layers and a cluster with a sentiment... if you choose to leave it at that. I decided to make a little more of my card than just that. The cluster is more of a grouping of flowers and I moved the sentiment toward the bottom of the centre piece after placing some shimmer trim and twine above it. I also embossed the two back panels of cardstock to give them some added texture.

I have had this set of dies from Stampin Up for a while but have only used them once before - this was the perfect opportunity to put them to use once again. The bright colours combined with Sea Glass make for a bold and cheery get well card.

Join us at Atlantic Hearts and show us your interpretation of the sketch shown above. You have until Sunday evening to link up your project.

  1. I was the proud and happy recipient of this beautiful card. Thank you so much for your thoughts for a speedy recovery...I'm hanging in but just feel so limited with range of motion so still wear my neck brace quite a bit nights and when it's been a long day. 6 weeks can't come soon enough, don't usually wish for time to fly by, but anxious for it this time.
