I waited forever (11 weeks) for the Unbelievably Awesome Banners stamp and die set to arrive! I was finally able to use it on this card.
The background was stencilled to create the scene. That piece was trimmed and I placed a white frame on top with foam tape. Nessie was stamped, coloured and die cut and I also did two pieces of seaweed. They were arranged on the front and I aded a banner sentiment to the end of Nessie's tail.
