Dearest Friend Swivel Card

 This is such a neat card style - the inside circle swivels around and moves the attached elements. 

The swivel mechanism is quite detailed and it is not the easiest thing to make. I chose to use some scene paper and elements that go with that paper (die cuts and stamped images that were die cut). The sentiment was added at the bottom and I used some of the die cuts on the front circle. The others can be seen when the card swivels around..
