Welcome to May's Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! This month, we are featuring the stamp set "Celebrate with Cake" - a set of 17 stamps. This is a build-a-cake type of stamp set with some great sentiments so it is useable for many occasions! The bloggers along this blog hop will certainly show you many ways to use this awesome stamp set, so sit back and enjoy the tour.
You should have arrived here from Melinda Everitt's blog.
If you get lost, a list of all blogs can be found here.
The stamp set looks like this.
I chose to create a birthday card for a friend of mine who is celebrating very shortly.
Because my friend loves bold and bright colours, especially green, I chose to use the new Calypso paper pack for the background papers. The cake was coloured using ShinHan markers.

What a fun and happy card!! Your friend will love it!
Really bright colors and was going to ask about the green design paper and saw that it was one of the new packets. Very pretty and just bought this stamp set yesterday.
I love the bold, bright happy colors you used to color in the cake and how you personalized it with the age. This card really made me smile.

That cake looks good enough to eat! I love the cheerful colors and the personal touch by adding the age. I think that the black accents really finish off the card perfectly.
