This card is for the Alphabet Challenge that I have been doing throughout the year.
The letter V wasn't hard for me as I have done a technique on vellum that I love.
The background for this card was created by scribbling alcohol markers on vellum and then "painting" with isopropyl alcohol. That allows the colours to move, making it look like alcohol inks were used. I added a triple layer HAPPY and an ombre stamped birthday sentiment.
