Sometimes, CASEing a great card is a lot of fun! This idea came from Gina from Gina K. Designs.
I didn't have the same inside border die so I used one with scalloped edges. The flowers were stamped, stencilled and die cut and arranged on the left side of the frame. I added a sentiment on the right side and some silver gems. The trademark element on Gina's cards is always a thin black mat and I included one on my card as well.

Very pretty and the inside scallops were a good call. The thin line is sure nice but hard for my almost 70-y.o. eyes and shaky fumble fingers. I'm about ready to adhere card front down on black paper and THEN cut the border, hahaha. xox
