Welcome to Ty a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge 680!
This is an interesting design - if you are stuck, die cut two open rectangles, cut them in half diagonally and interlock them at the corners.
I chose a black background with holiday patterned paper for the design. The poinsettia was die cut from white cardstock, inked and splattered with water before it was shaped. That was added to the centre and I placed a sentiment at the bottom. Some clear gems were placed around the image.
Come and join us at TSOT and show us how you interpret this challenge.
You have two weeks to link up your project.
We can't wait to see what you create!
Enjoy,
Alyson
beautiful christmas card, congrats 💐☺️ happy day
ReplyDeleteAnother gorgeous card using the floral patterned papers and the poinsettia. They look great against the black backgound. Another nice technique for the cross-over panels. Beautiful job.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great use of the sketch, Alyson. Your cards are always impeccable! I especially like the black background, and the Poinsettia looks authentic, especially with the spatter. Perfectly lovely.
