Welcome to Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge 657!
The sketch shows a large oval with a ghost inside. I decided to do something a little different.
The front of this card has a die cut opening in the shape of the MERRY tree. I layered snowflake paper and then a large oval with a border on the front and die cut the shape through all those layers. The inside image was die cut from various colours of cardstock and adhered to a piece of vellum. I also die cut the word "bright" to go with "merry &". Some small silver snowflakes were placed on the large oval and I put a small blue gem on top of each of those images. A clear shimmer brush was used on the large letters to add some shine.
Come and join us at TSOT and show us how you interpret this challenge.
You have THREE weeks to link up your project.
We can't wait to see what you create!
Enjoy,
Alyson

Very clever card design, love the nontraditional Xmas colors, too! xoxo
So colorful and love the non traditional colors used for your Christmas Card... fun card.
Alyson, this is so unexpected how it opens up like that!
