I just love this design! Nancy Elrick recently posted a card like this and I CASEd her idea.
The card front was masked and I stencilled a water droplet background using light teal and pink ink. The mask was removed and I stamped a floral image on the left side of the card with part of it reaching over the stencilled section. The sentiment was stamped and die cut and I stamped a smaller sentiment underneath. The card front was adhered to a black mat and then a white card base.
