Gatefold cards typically don't stay closed without a belly band - this one is unique as it has a sort of locking element on the front that keeps it closed.
The finished size is a standard A2 card although it is fairly thick. I chose a blue and green colour scheme. The front panel was lightly stencilled with a snowflake stencil and I die cut all the flowers and leaves from white cardstock and inked them. They were assembled and I added three of them just above a die cut sentiment. Once the card is pulled opened, there are more poinsettias on the centre panel. That panel can be lifted and inside, there is a stencilled panel to write a message.
