Welcome to Cut It Up Challenge 357!
The theme for this challenge is friendship.
I die cut a detailed background from white cardstock and trimmed off about one third of it. That was adhered to a grey card base. The floral image was stamped, coloured and die cut. It was placed across the bottom of the card and I added some shimmer to the centres of the flowers. The sentiment was stamped, die cut and placed at the top. Clear sparkly flat gems were placed on the die cut background to add some sparkle.

What a fabulous design! The partial die-cut background creates wonderful texture and interest, while those beautifully colored flowers steal the show. This would certainly brighten a friend's day!
