TSOT 690 - Paper Hugs Poppy

 Welcome to Try a Sketch on Tuesday Challenge 690!

The sketch is shown below. 

I chose a blue theme for my card. The background was lightly stencilled and I added a blue frame over a lightly inked piece that was also stamped with a splatter stamp. The poppy image was die cut from silver foil and white cardstock. I removed the white pieces, inked them and placed them back into the silver outline. The sentiment was adhered as per the sketch and I added a few blue gems around the card.

    Love the stenciled background and the scalloped frame is so pretty against the stenciled background and your inked panel with splatters... perfect for your beautiful floral... gorgeous card.
